Private class is an individual training option for people who prefer to work 1 on 1 or in a small group. They can be taken as an adjunct to group lessons, or as a standalone training program. Privates can be a great tool for brushing up on weak areas or to delve into areas of personal interest and accelerate into the system.

Qi Gong for health, meditation and to enhance martial skills
Qigong movements can help improve joint flexibility, muscle strength and range of motion. With its meditative elements and focus on deep, diaphragmatic breathing it increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body.
Hard Qigong strengthens and condition the mind and the body. Through different Qigong sets it provides power and additional protection to the body for practitioner.
