 What is Qi Gong?

Qigong literally translates as ‘Breath Work’ or ‘Cultivating Breath’. It concentrates on posture (whether moving or stationary), breathing techniques and mental focus. Qi Gong can be soft, like Tai Chi, or it can be more vigorous, like kung fu, so it is suitable for all levels of fitness and can be practiced by all age groups.

Qigong creates an awareness of and influences dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs.
